		<description>i have been following this and have 2 concerns:

writer perspective: if you opt out - google could still use your books based on the language i have seen (it&#039;s more of a trust us kinda thing)

and 

reader perspective:  they have yet to say they would not turn over our search records if asked - while they should in writing say that a search warrant is required


both boil down to - THE MAN is a watchin!</description>
