Just a few things:
* Gwen Hayes of Fictionistas has an interview with yours truly up, about inspiration, following your dreams, and surprising things characters do
* Imperial Beach Teen Blog has another, on how I survived being a teen
* An interview over at Janicu’s blog
* Aaaaand an interview on Fantastic Book Reviews. I wasn’t kidding when I said I had a ton of them.
* A contest to win Strange Angels at Teenreads.com
* The Parahub Radio folks were kind enough to send me a copy of the interview! You can right-click here and save it, or just click and hear it in a browser window. (ITunes compatible; hope it works for Realplayer etc….) You can hear me talk about Strange Angels, pretty vampires, the paranormal, and the next book in the Strange Angels series. Plus, I am called a pistol. I am told this is a good thing in Texas.
* Incidentally, Falcata Times has launched with a new site! Gareth is a longtime friend and fan; he did review Strange Angels and liked it. He also has other reviews and giveaways all the time.
* Despite my feelings about Amazon, I claimed my blog through Kindle, and now it’s available for subscription. The TechCrunch article about how easy it was for someone else to claim your blog feed was inducement enough.
* Last but not least, the forum is back up. Unfortunately the last update nuked it completely, and I had to rebuild from scratch. The good news? It’s pretty. The bad news? We lost everything. Users, posts, EVERYTHING. It made me cry. Seriously, it did. But I have it on good authority it will not be nuked during update again. I certainly hope so.

I just spent a rainy Saturday roaring through Strange Angels, and it’s a blast! Really enjoyable, and if I hadn’t already known it was in the YA category, that would not have been my first guess. What a fun read; I can’t wait to see What Happens Next.
