Hi Lili,
I just wanted to say that I have been reading your blog for the past month or so, even started at the beginning..and it seriously cracks me up! I have actually read only one book of yours (working for the devil) and have requested that the library get your others..lol. My point being…I loved your book, it got lost in the tons of other books I read, I check out everyone’s websites and found your myspace then your blog and i’m hooked…so far, you have encouraged me to read other authors, check out other websites that have been hilarious, (today, i found one..thesneeze…it’s hilarious, it made my crappy at work day, all better). And to watch Sweeney Todd finally..I liked it, was watching it with a blinding headache some i’m sure it deserves re watching just for that alone. So, I wanted to say Hi, thanks for your writing, photography and funny blogging..I enjoy it!

I also purchased and read the ebook. Highly enjoyable, I also will eagerly await subsequent books in this world. It has some elements in common with my favorite of all your books Steelflower. I think it was the best book I’ve read in the past year and it has some stiff competition. Perfect balance on irony, humor, heroics (and anti-heroics) great magic system, subtle passion, and so many well developed minor characters. Fantastic world-building. I wished it was twice as long. Sigh, I saw it will be awhile before you can get to its sequel but I hope sooner than you anticipate. Who needs sleep or a life, anyway?
