It was made by the BBC some years ago now and looks a bit dated production-wise but it is so close to the original book. I also recommend just about every other adaptation the BBC have done but particularly Bleak House with Anna Maxwell Martin, North & South with Richard Armitage and Cranford with Judi Dench.
