It’s intriguing. I have no idea what it’s about (since it’s late and I can’t remember much right now), but I would pick up the book to find out.

Ok – duh. I just went to your books tab and it said Strange Angels was YA. The cover makes more sense. It’s portraying that to my eye.

I guess I’m one of the few who doesn’t like it. Someone mentioned YA and I can see that. I don’t particularly read YA. Also, I notice covers with less realistic photos and more symbolistic elements. They catch my eye and I stop to check it what it’s about.

I’ll make assumptions about this photo and go, nope. I’ve both of the other series and love them. I think if I saw your name on it, I would pick it up to read the back to find out more, but without your name there, I’d pass.

Interesting. It’s a lot less stylized than some of the other covers so it looks slightly out of genre but it’s a thought provoking change.
