A Bad Idea…Or Is It?

A quadruple batch of sugar-cookie dough is a messy proposition in my Kitchen-Aid mixer.

    quadruple batch anything is messy. i remeber a 17th birthday filled with a quad-batch of chocolate chip cookies… but yummy.

    Messy but I bet they taste great! I usually only do double batches of cookies in the Kitchen Aid :-)

    me too. double batches of cookies, double batches of cranberry-orange bread… all the goodies get doubled.

    Bad idea. My Kitchen Aid mixer can handle two at most. I’ve tried three but most ended up on the counter and floor. I also don’t do sugar cookies because the tropics just aren’t kind to the process.

    Yep – double at most. I did manage to cram a quadruple batch of candied walnuts onto a cookie sheet built for two. I think that is a song. Anyway. I’m with the others – they sound delicious.

    I always make double recipes. Is it wrong to love your Kitchen Aid? lol

    There can never be too many cookies.
