Just a quick note

I do read all the comments. Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t send me comment notifications, so I can’t respond the way I’d like. I do see them all, I just sometimes can’t respond.

*sad face*

Actually, it does. Unless you’re using a much older version of wordpress than I am (which I doubt considering you just had to set everything back up), do this:

    - Go into your WordPress admin panel
    - Go to “Options”
    - Click “Discussion”
    - There will be a section: “Email me whenever…” and “when a comment is posted” is one of the selections. :)

Was going to reply to this, but I see Nonny beat me to the punch :)

I have talked with Lilith about this when the site was getting rebuilt, it appears to be some sort of conflict between the PHP program of WordPress and ASP.NET server that the site is hosted on.

Lilith can correct me if I’m remembering that wrong. It just requires some…creative thinking.

I do have the comments notification turned on. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with GoDaddy’s secure email servers, plus WordPress is PHP and the rest of the site is ASP.

    *headdesk*

    Hello to everyone!

E-mailed Imaginn. Cloud Watcher is slated to be out mid to end of October 2006 and pre-orders supposed to begin October 1st. If you are already on the Imaginn Yahoo group, you will automatically be notified:)

    Interesting.

Hmm. They must be running PHP under Windows if they’re using ASP.NET. Wonder if they could set it up for MAPI access instead of SMTP… I’ll do some digging into the PHP docs and some Googling and see if anyone else has run into this problem before… and possibly even found a solution.
